Danielle and Will are new to the blog, but they are not a new MMP couple. I was fortunate enough to photograph this sweet couple last March. Shortly after that couple session, Will proposed! I’m so thankful they trust me to not only shoot their couple session a year ago but also their engagement session this past Sunday. It makes me so happy to deliver a gallery to a first-time client and receive a nice “thank-you” or “we love them” email, but one of the biggest compliments is when someone chooses to book you for a second session after that! That’s an awesome reassurance to all of the effort I put into my business.

We were blessed with an overcast sky and a temperature of seventy. This session was shot at Danielle and Will’s future wedding venue, and it’s also the property of a family friend which makes it twice as special. This land had a beautiful white fence all the way around along with a weeping willow tree that will be beautiful this summer. The weather and setting could not have been more perfect. One of my lens may have had a technical difficulty (thank goodness for backups), but that did not stop us from getting some beautiful images!
