A couple of weeks ago, I finally got to visit the famous 30a for the first time thanks to the Perkins family! I’ll be sharing their Santa Rosa Beach Session on the blog here soon. The week was filled with a lot of fun and exploring. Jacob and I would not have known where to start if it weren’t for them showing us around. We didn’t even realize Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach were so close to Panama City…
We were in a neighborhood right next the 30a’s new happening hangout spot, The Hub. We were able to spend most of our nights there because of all of the food options (literally any food imaginable from BBQ to tacos). There was also either a band or artist performing every night. Not to mention… one of the food trucks was specifically for selling Pineapple drinks!! If we weren’t at the Hub or the beach, we were at the amazing pool pictured below.
We were also within biking or golf cart distance to anywhere we wanted to go. We were able to ride our golf cart to the state park and walk down the longest board walk I have ever been on to access the beach. Jacob and I decided to rent bikes one day and ride through Alys Beach (more like Hollywood Boulevard) and Rosemary Beach which is when I snapped the majority of these pictures. Jacob was actually my photographer for a lot of these.
We also spent one day at Seaside. Breakfast at Pickle’s under the palm trees was amazing. I then dropped an unmentionable amount at the Seaside Style store… because I’m addicted to comfort color t-shirts and fluffy sweatshirts. I have no regrets though! We ended the trip with a session in Santa Rosa for the Perkins family.. which I’ll be sharing at a later date.
